Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and design the Odoo ERP system accordingly.
- Study and design the Business Process Flow for effective use of Odoo.
- Collaborate with the Development team, Consultants, and customers to develop and customize the system.
- Test and verify the functionality of the Odoo ERP system before delivery to the customer
- Prepare related documentation such as Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, and Test Cases.
- Train and provide guidance to users regarding Odoo
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in System Analysis or Business Analysis (experience with Odoo ERP will be considered a plus).
- Understanding of ERP principles and Business Processes such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, and HR.
- Knowledge of Odoo Modules and Workflow.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or XML will be an advantage.
- Ability to work as part of a team and a high level of responsibility

- Can communicate in English (with the development team in India).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
