What do we look for? 🔎
Join our dynamic team of Direct Sales and make use of your hunting, analytical and negotiation skills to acquire new clients. As Business Development Executive, you will engage with SME’s and advise them on the best solution to adopt for their business.
Concretely, you will be in charge for the whole Sales cycle, from leads to closing, including customers’ on-boarding.

What will you do?
Receive leads, initiate contact, and qualify the potential clients
Analyse and understand the customer needs, activities, challenges, and pain points
Present the CRM software by providing tailored demonstration according to the customers' needs
Provide customised quotes and negotiate conditions of the contract
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- No cold calling - you receive leads coming from the different marketing channels
- Solution selling & consulting approach that allows you to use your analytical skills
- Deal with interesting people : SME's CEO, CFO, CTO and your colleagues
- Large apps scope: CRM, accounting, Inventory, HR, Project Management,etc.
- High commissions for best sellers, no ceiling
- Master demos of our software
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to key decision-makers
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and continuously seek new business opportunities
- Manage and update sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports
Must Have
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems or business processes such as Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, or Sales will be an advantage
- Genuine interest in IT and software
- Communication level both Speaking and written English
- Analytic vision & fighting spirit
- Strong relational & negotiation skills
- Good organisational skills
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience in ERP / Software Solution / IT Solution Sales is highly preferred 1+ year
- Previous experience in IT sector
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Work hard/play hard attitude
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Having a personal vehicle and driving license is a plus
