Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and propose Odoo ERP solutions
- Configure and customize Odoo ERP to meet business needs
- Conduct system testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues during implementation
- Train end-users on how to use the Odoo ERP system effectively
- Prepare related documents such as User Manuals and Training Materials
- Collaborate with developers to enhance system functionality based on client needs
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in ERP implementation (experience with Odoo ERP is a plus)
- Strong understanding of Odoo Modules such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and HR
- Problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting system issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train end-users effectively
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or XML is an advantage
Nice to have
- Can communication in languages is a must
- Strong analytical skills
