Inventory
The Odoo Inventory app allows staff to automatically see what's going into their stations after a purchase order is received. Before, job orders were recorded on paper, and staff needed to ask project managers for updates. This information is now clearly presented in a Kanban view, tagging the team members in charge and delivery dates, making job management much easier for everyone on the team while showing the level of urgency and the person responsible.
Quality
Seamlessly integrated with Odoo Inventory, the Quality app enables quality control checks to ensure parts meet standards. By configuring recurring quality checks, the team now gets auto-reminders to check each batch of their fasteners with easily customizable and interactive worksheets. With the Odoo Quality app, the company replaces the previous Excel-based record-keeping with an easy-to-use system that centralizes and tracks quality checks that also support Odoo's standard routes.
Barcode
"The Barcode app is amazing," Samak claimed. Odoo Barcode complements the Inventory and Quality apps by allowing staff to scan barcodes on their mobile devices to retrieve or record data, a feature that was previously expensive with other ERP systems.

Helpdesk

The app gathers all requests received in emails and social media and coordinates them as needed. Once the customer service team logs in, the app centralizes and prioritizes tasks, attaching them to the corresponding PO and job order, saving time on manual data collection for enhanced customer experience management.
